Headquartered in Suva, CJ Patel Group has expanded its manufacturing, sales, distribution, and service operations throughout Fiji, featuring esteemed brands and products with considerable exports to multiple countries.
The Group is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Corporate Auditor to be stationed at our Head Office in Lami.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of designated Group entities in accordance with the audit plan and scope.
Evaluate existing business practices against established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Identify potential areas for revenue enhancement, cost savings, and process optimization through clear audit observations.
Assess the reliability and functionality of accounting, financial, and reporting systems.
Execute audits through record examination, data analysis, and staff interviews.
Engage as necessary in reviewing control elements of IT systems and system modifications prior to implementation.
Perform follow-up audits to determine if appropriate actions have been taken regarding significant audit findings.Carry out ad hoc investigations into recognized or reported risks.
Draft audit reports and convey audit findings with specific recommendations.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and Finance.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in internal auditing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize and solve problems.
Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
Compensation:
