Salary



As a CDL Driver - Snack Route Specialist, you can expect a competitive hourly salary of $28.20 per hour, plus a Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus. Your hard work will help us deliver our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses, ensuring our customers receive the quality products they deserve.



Job Description



We're seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team at Mondelez International. As a CDL Driver - Snack Route Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products to stores and warehouses. Your responsibilities will include:





  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety.

  • Completing daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.

  • Performing all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.



Required Skills and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you'll need:





  • A CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.

  • Preferred direct store delivery experience, but not required.

  • The ability to successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.

  • FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration.

Work Environment



As a CDL Driver - Snack Route Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and timely deliveries. You'll be responsible for delivering our products to various stores and warehouses, ensuring our customers receive the quality products they deserve. You'll work closely with our Route Manager and Dispatch team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.



What You'll Need to Know



The schedule for this role may vary, but you can expect to work Wednesday through Saturday, with starting times between 12am and 4am. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to changing routes and working schedules. You'll also need to be able to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.



Interstate Position



This role requires you to deliver products to stores and warehouses across multiple states, including South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. You'll need to be comfortable with interstate driving and have a valid CDL-Class A license.

As a CDL Driver - Snack Route Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses.
