Insurance Business Development Representative

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the insurance industry? As a member of the Colton Brazier - State Farm Agent team, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and identify customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Valuable experience and growth potential
- Hiring Bonus up to $500
- Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk
- People-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
