Cardiac Acute Care RN Resident

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Resident to join our team in Cardiac Acute Care at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential safety risks and near misses
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in cardiac care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification in area of specialty
