We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ExpertCare. This role will involve working with patients in Wayne and Macomb counties, providing speech therapy evaluations and weekly visits.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' speech and language functioning and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide speech therapy services to children and adults, focusing on improving or restoring speech and language abilities.
- Document visits and services provided, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with recipients, families, CMH Social Workers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state SLP license.
- Current certification.
- A valid state driver's license.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Speech & Language Pathologist in a healthcare setting.
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Minimum 6 months of experience utilizing an EMR for documentation.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as premium pay for evening and weekend hours. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.
