You will also store equipment in its designated place. Additionally, you will clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants. Your tasks will include scraping and spraying all ware before placing it in the ware washing machine and racking all china and glassware according to dish room standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
