Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Donut Engineer to join our team at North Lime Coffee and Donuts. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages and baked goods while maintaining our standards for production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and donuts to our customers
  • Follow recipes and standards for creating and producing North Lime products
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a positive experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our shop's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and use technical equipment, such as espresso machines and coffee grinders
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
