Job Summary:

As a Barista at Hyatt Regency Louisville, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the hotel's financial goals. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding quickly to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, controlling costs and providing a consistent product to guests.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized work areas, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
  • Pre- and Post-Shift Tasks: Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including stock service station, making coffee, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably previous Barista experience.
  • Qualifications: Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, and have a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Appearance and Dress: Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
