* Provide medical therapy management services to eligible patient populations
* Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare team members
* Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services
* Counsel patients regarding appropriate use of medications
* Review patient profiles at the time of dispensing
* Ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by technical staff
* Supervise inventory control of all pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy from a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
* Possess a minimum experience of 1 year within the previous 3 years as a pharmacist in an outpatient or as a retail Pharmacist
* Possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in any one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
* Must be a US Citizen
