Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Field Assistant to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC. As a Field Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of ABA interventions and ensuring high-quality services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor BT and RBT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and adhere to privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Active RBT licensure with NPI number.
  • At least one year of ABA or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location and Hours
  • Loudon and surrounding areas.
  • Monday-Friday, evening hours 3pm - 7pm (part-time).
