Your Role as an RBT

As an RBT at Lighthouse, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans, apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment, and guide children's progress in educational and social settings. You'll also document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

Requirements
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
