About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of drilling and completions operations.

As a Drilling and Completions Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment meet the required specifications and standards.

You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality tools are delivered in a timely manner to support ongoing drilling and completions operations.
  • Operate in an on-call environment with scheduled weekends off per month.
  • Monitor inspection, assembly, and testing operations to ensure compliance with DS-1, customer, industry, or vendor specifications.
  • Conduct quality audits to evaluate conformance to applicable international, industry, internal, and customer-specific standards.
  • Communicate with project managers during assignments to discuss job progress and issues.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of DS-1, relevant API specifications, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Aptitude to read, interpret, and enforce job-associated inspection, assembly, or testing procedures.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure viable solutions for clients.
  • Ability to measure dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and scales, reading to within 1/64th of an inch.
  • Intermediate level familiarity with Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office applications, including typing skills and electronic file organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NDT experience (Level II certifications in MP, LP, UT, VT).
  • Oil & Gas industry experience (3 or more years).
  • Experience with assembly, repair, or qualification of drilling and completions tools.
