  • Incident Reporting: Report any incidents, including who, what, why, when, and how, to the Director of Security and via email at the end of each shift.
  • Use of Force: Report any use of force immediately to the Director of Security and via email at the end of each shift.
  • Premises Monitoring: Conduct regular walk-throughs to monitor the premises, make your presence known, and check restroom and outdoor exit areas.
  • Parking Lot Monitoring: Monitor the parking lot from the main door or the immediate area of our facility.
  • Smoking Areas: Ensure that guests are not smoking in areas that are not designated for smoking.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coworker Monitoring: Monitor coworker activity for safety and assistance when necessary.
  • Security Agreement: Acknowledge and execute the Security's Key items to protect Ojos Locos Agreement.

Work Hours: The expected work hours are as scheduled, typically between the hours of 5 pm until 3 am Thursday through Saturday and 5 pm until 1 am Sunday through Wednesday.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the field of security is necessary.
  • Certifications: CPR/first Aid certification is required.
  • Continuing Education: Continuing educating/training in the field of security completed annually is necessary.
