Betsy Johnson Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assuming charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement professional nursing care for patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, including leadership and decision-making.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current RN licensure from the Board of Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
