We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Betsy Johnson Hospital. As a key member of our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team with expertise and dedication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current RN licensure from the Board of Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
