Housekeeping Specialist

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $**14.25**, including a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with employer match of 4%.

**Job Responsibilities:

• Clean the leasing office, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the Property Manager.

· Ensure all vacant apartment units are freshened as needed to maintain market-ready appeal.

· Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Property Manager.

· Inform the Property Manager of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.

· Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the Property Manager when a re-order is necessary.
