Job Title: Housekeeping Specialist

Avenue5 Residential seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all common areas, model homes, and vacant units are immaculately clean and well-maintained.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with regular hours, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Dust, vacuum, and sweep floors and surfaces
  • Wipe down trim and molding, clean glass windows and doors
  • Sweep exterior patios and remove trash and recyclables
  • Follow safety standards and manufacturer's instructions when using chemicals or operating equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
