Call StructureThe position includes a telephone call schedule of 1:7, with an average of 1-3 calls per night, allowing for a manageable work-life balance.
Compensation and BenefitsThis is a hospital-employed position with an attractive annual salary of $270,000. A $50,000 signing bonus is available, along with a relocation bonus. You will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
