Compensation: $80,000 - $82,500 per year, based on experience.

Role Summary:

The Certified Group Teacher will work under the guidance of the Educational Site Director to design and implement a curriculum that adheres to approved agency standards, ensuring enriching early childhood educational experiences for young learners. This role will address the collective educational, social, developmental, and health needs of the group while also catering to the unique requirements of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lesson plans that align with the agency's curriculum.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
