We are seeking a highly skilled Neurohospitalist Physician Assistant to join our team at Billings Clinic. As a key member of our neurology department, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with neurological disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as stroke, seizures, and multiple sclerosis.
- Collaborate with neurologists, other healthcare professionals, and patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, procedural interventions, and education for patients and families.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage for neurology services as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Current board certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Approved to practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Montana or Wyoming.
- Current Montana and/or Wyoming license as a registered nurse or physician assistant.
