About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Infectious Disease team at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with ID physicians, ID Pharm, ID control team, and strong support staff to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice
  • Education of the patient, patient's family, clinical staff, and others
  • Consultation with other healthcare providers
  • Maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products
  • Passion for Infectious Disease
