Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for project teams.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of our projects.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a word processor or administrative assistant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing and formatting skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the environmental services industry.
