">We're seeking a seasoned Senior Robotics Innovation Manager to lead our robotics engineering efforts and drive innovation in robotic systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced robotic solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Hardware Development: Develop and integrate robotic hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.">
- Software Development: Develop software for controlling and operating robotic systems, implementing algorithms for perception, planning, and control.">
- Autonomy: Develop autonomous capabilities for robotic systems, including perception, navigation, and decision-making algorithms.">
- Integration and Testing: Integrate hardware and software components into complete robotic systems, conducting testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.">
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and regulations, implementing safety features and protocols to mitigate risks.">
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, system manuals, and test reports, to support development and deployment activities.">
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions that meet customer requirements.">

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.">
- 7+ years of experience in robotics engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying robotic solutions.">
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.">
- Proficiency in programming such as C++, Python, or MATLAB, and experience with robotics frameworks and libraries.">
- Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and subsystems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.">
- Experience with robotic perception, navigation, and manipulation algorithms, such as SLAM, path planning, and motion control.">
- Familiarity with robotic simulation tools and platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Gazebo.">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex robotics challenges.">
