We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Urbana Country Club. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the club's property via vehicle and foot to ensure the safety and security of our members, guests, and staff.
  • Monitor and respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fires, and suspicious activity.
  • Conduct security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as club regulations.
  • Support the execution of security plans and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our members, guests, and staff.
  • Participate in security training and drills to stay up-to-date on the latest security procedures and protocols.
  • Respond to and resolve security-related incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to our members, guests, and staff.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 4+ years of experience in the military, law enforcement, overseas security contracting, or corporate security.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
