Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at DAVITA, you will provide compassionate care to patients experiencing end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate with a supportive team to implement unique treatment plans. Comprehensive training and a nurturing work environment are provided to ensure your success and professional growth.

You will oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup. Your role requires leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge to deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • We require Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). Three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • You might also have experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings, but it's not required.
