Job SummaryWe are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team, supporting the Pricing Manager and Pricing Analysts to ensure accurate pricing and profitability for all corporate and franchised stores. The successful candidate will review and analyze pricing and profitability reports, suggest process improvements, and verify and correct pricing errors.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and correct pricing on purchase orders, sales orders, and credit orders
- Conduct weekly pricing audits and maintenance of the JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System
- Process purchase order confirmations, accounts payable, and product price variance reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve billing or pricing errors with vendors, accounts payable, customers, co-op, or other business partners
- Process customers' daily data transmission documents and work with multiple customers with different processes
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs and suggest improvements to management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business field
- Functional with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in an office environment/hybrid setting
- Accelerated pay based on experience
