Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Oral Surgeon to join our team at Ideal Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care and treatment to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Surgical Care and Treatment: You will be responsible for providing a range of surgical services, including IV sedation, implant placement, surgical extractions, and All-on-4 procedures.
  • Establish and Grow Patient Relationships: You will work closely with our patients to establish and grow long-term relationships, providing exceptional care and service.
  • Pursue Lifelong Learning and Education: You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical and practice management techniques, attending training and education programs as needed.
  • Assume Quality of Care: You will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Requirements
  • DDS/DMD from an Accredited University: You must have a degree in dental surgery or medicine from an accredited university.
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program: You must have completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
  • Active or Pending State Dental Board License: You must have an active or pending state dental board license.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
