Role Summary
The Pharmacy Assistant position is an entry-level opportunity within the MultiCare Pharmacy team. In this capacity, you will assist the pharmacy by managing supplies, processing billing, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities- Count, pour, and label prescriptions as instructed by the supervising pharmacist.
- Conduct inventory checks and order necessary supplies.
- Engage in departmental meetings, projects, and other requirements.
- Process sales transactions for prescriptions and additional merchandise.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Pharmacy Assistant license from the Washington State Board of Pharmacy is necessary.
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
