Job Title: Per Diem Direct Support Professional

Redwood Family Care Network is a leading provider of home and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Per Diem Direct Support Professional to join our team in North and South King County.

About the Role:

The Per Diem Direct Support Professional will provide support to adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities to enhance their quality of life. This role involves promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, as well as advocating for their rights and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to program participants that meets their needs and promotes community integration.
  • Ensure the daily needs of participants are met, including personal hygiene, food preparation, and monitoring of health needs.
  • Assist participants with accessing the community for outings and activities of their choice.
  • Interact with participants, provide informal counseling, and problem-solving.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Washington State Driver's License and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must be located in and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
  • First Aid/CPR Certified (training can be provided).
  • Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR) certification required.
