- Draft necessary legal documents including motions, waivers, and briefs.
- Document client communications and maintain detailed case notes.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Work one Saturday per month as required.
- Assist with various case management tasks as a collaborative team member.
- Organize and file correspondence from clients and government entities.
- Maintain data entry and software management for case tracking.
- Demonstrate typing proficiency of at least 45 words per minute.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Occasionally lift case files weighing over 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid license to practice law in California.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in immigration law is required.
- Familiarity with USCIS and EOIR procedures and case management is essential.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach.
- Capability to supervise and support junior staff.
- Reliable transportation is needed.
- Willingness to work from multiple office locations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 annually.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability may be required.
