Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and research, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Minimum two years of current experience in the area of specialty.
- Licensure and Certifications: Registered Nurse - State Licensure - RN, Basic Life Support Certification - BLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, and Critical Care Registered Nurse - CCRN within 18 months of hire.
- BSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
