We are seeking an experienced Corporate Reputation Manager to join our Strategic Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing and mitigating risks that could impact our corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain an annual team planning calendar to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  2. Develop strategic communications plans to support business partners, including Government Relations, Insurance Products, Sales and Service, Campus Events and Experiences, Real Estate, and Law.
  3. Leverage internal and external communications channels to effectively reach stakeholders.
  4. Lead the formalization of an issues management group to address emerging risks and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in professional public relations or corporate communications.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing crisis communications and issues management initiatives.
  • Superior writing and communication skills, with ability to adapt tone and style to suit various audiences.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, such as insurance or financial services, is a plus.
