Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster connections with residents through one-on-one interactions and group activities.
  • Lead and assist in various social, educational, and recreational programs, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Organize and facilitate games, exercise sessions, arts and crafts, musical events, and outings.
  • Contribute to the development of the monthly newsletter.
  • Encourage resident involvement in activities and track participation outcomes.
  • Support the Resident Lifestyle Director in daily operations as needed.
