Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Resident Lifestyle Assistant to join our vibrant community. This role is essential in supporting the Resident Lifestyle Director in crafting, initiating, and overseeing a diverse range of enriching activities tailored for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster connections with residents through one-on-one interactions and group activities.
- Lead and assist in various social, educational, and recreational programs, both indoors and outdoors.
- Organize and facilitate games, exercise sessions, arts and crafts, musical events, and outings.
- Contribute to the development of the monthly newsletter.
- Encourage resident involvement in activities and track participation outcomes.
- Support the Resident Lifestyle Director in daily operations as needed.
