About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our inventory management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of product fulfillment, in-stock levels, and inventory management for all SKUs, including import and DSD SKUs, to support distribution center and store forecast and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators for vendors to ensure alignment with merchandise policy and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchants and planners, to ensure inventory levels meet business objectives.
  • Direct vendor collaboration and score-carding to drive business results.
  • Develop and execute strategies for new item entrance and exit, planogram resets, and seasonal category development.
  • Manage HR responsibilities, including selection, training, performance management, and development for movement within the department/organization.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, or inventory control.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
  • Direct experience in the retail industry and/or associated value chain.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and database applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or related field.
