YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Leadership
    • Drives business outcomes by maximizing daily sales plans and productivity targets while enhancing KPIs through active coaching on the sales floor.
    • Shows a personal commitment to achieving store objectives by consistently promoting current marketing initiatives and utilizing company resources to optimize sales activities.
    • Acts as Manager-On-Duty, ensuring the store consistently meets sales targets and executes all operational functions.
    • Builds effective partnerships with team members, Store Manager, and field/corporate partners through consistent communication, teamwork, and respect.
  • Sales and Service
    • Models company selling expectations and actively fosters customer loyalty through proactive client engagement.
    • Encourages engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise in cooking, baking, or entertaining.
    • Utilizes training tools and resources to educate oneself and the team on products, enhance selling skills, and achieve business objectives.
    • Meets personal sales and KPI targets.
  • Operations
    • Performs essential operational activities, including cash handling and reporting, price adjustments, merchandise management, and opening and closing duties.
    • Maintains visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities.
    • Follows plans, directions, and schedules while acting with urgency to meet changing priorities and business demands.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
