Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your dedication and expertise.

Job Description

This is an exempt position requiring approximately 50 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for executing weekly services, facilitating spiritual growth and pastoral care, and developing leaders who will serve effectively in your campus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To excel in this role, you should possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in theology or pastoral ministry, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-time ministry positions is also required. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
