We are seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to provide exceptional care and leadership to our residents at the Webster Campus. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for supervising resident care, providing customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.
Job SummaryThis per diem position involves supervising the daily care activities of our assisted living residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility programs.
- Assist with completing documentation for admission, transfer, or discharge.
- Maintain organization of resident charts and medication room areas.
- Supervise resident medication administration and assist with prescribed treatments.
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York, have completed an accredited nursing program, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A sincere desire to model hospitality and nursing excellence is essential.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. This amount reflects the demands of the role, the skills required, and the location of the Webster Campus.
