Compensation

The standard rate for this position is $0.00 - $2.50 per hour. Please note that salary may vary based on location and experience.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Professional Case Management, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support. You'll be responsible for promoting personal safety and maintaining compliance with agency policy and procedures.

You'll possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences, and maintain current CPR certification and TB test.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to:

  • Possess a graduate degree from a state-approved school of professional nursing.
  • Hold an unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
  • Have a minimum of one year's experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent.
  • Be willing to participate in paid mentorship opportunities.
