**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the position of Personal Care Aide. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Personal Care Aide will provide direct care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Additionally, they will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation (when necessary). Our goal is to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and attention, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with transferring, ambulation, and changing positions to prevent falls and promote mobility.
  • Administer medications, as directed by the client's physician or healthcare provider.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the RN Supervisor or Agency Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and medication administration.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA, NA, or PCA certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Pass a background check and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
