About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Assess and identify the client's holistic health care needs/concerns as part of a family and community.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
  • Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.
  • Continually assess the client's need for speech & language interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions on the speech & language visit report.
Requirements
  • Bachelors, Master's and/or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech accredited institution as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Maine.
  • Current CPR Certification (training available).
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • A reliable car with insurance.
