Hot Head Burritos is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Hermitage, PA.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in the food industry, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales - Drive sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, upselling and cross-selling menu items, and promoting special offers.
- Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $13 an hour, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Immediate benefits include low-cost medical coverage, free meal per shift, share of tip pool, instant pay with ZayZoon, and 401(k) with 100% match up to 3%.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
