Pastoral Care Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Pastoral Care Coordinator. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing spiritual care and support to patients and their families in the hospice care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide direct spiritual care and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in religious studies or a related field, with a master's degree in theology or pastoral studies preferred.
  • Certification as a chaplain is highly desirable.
  • Experience in hospice care and ability to work in an interfaith setting are essential.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
