Job Description

This role ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day. You will be a master of the tools and products necessary to give us the freshest laundry in the spa industry. You will greet each guest with a smile, maneuver the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members. You will maintain our Quiet Room area by keeping it clean and tidy, and our changing lounges by keeping them tidy and clean. You will maintain an organized work space and place laundry in dedicated places. You will have a keen attention to detail, be tidy and organized, and keep the place spotless. You will use the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily. You will be the sanitation police and ensure all areas, especially damp and moist areas, are treated with extra care. You will greet each and every guest with a smile, keep the break room in order, and never leave a dish in the sink. You will be a steward of the Woodhouse brand, making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards. You will take pride in your work, ensuring each guest has only the best experience. You will communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations.
