True Value Company, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution center.

About the Role

This key position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving and processing shipments, and preparing products for delivery to customers. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 0-1 years of experience in a related field such as distribution, warehouse management, or supply chain logistics. If you possess strong communication skills, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are able to work in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by tracking stock movements, performing cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading merchandise from trailers, stacking and securing pallets, and verifying shipment accuracy.
  • Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as fork lifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $17.40 per hour plus $0.50 shift premium, based on the location and industry standards.
