Job Summary

True Value Company, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse and surrounding areas.

  • Physical Upkeep: Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Floor Maintenance: Maintain floors, hallways, stairways, and carpeted areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Operate various manual and automated cleaning equipment to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance on the grounds around the facility.

• Work as part of the team to manage spills, hazardous material issues, and other work-related safety issues.

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• 0+ years of experience.

• Basic reading ability is required.

• Knowledge of general safety procedures and measures.
