Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure consistent work products.
- Execute daily activities and operational plans to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
- Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to meet or exceed daily targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals using various reports and summaries to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency.
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
- Coordinate processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
- Define terms for conducting tasks and establish new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback and the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- 1+ years in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
- Availability to work first shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role or 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
Education:
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is $43,085.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
