Our expanding Compliance and Quality Assurance team is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Compliance Specialist. This position is essential in supporting our compliance management efforts and ensuring that quality processes are effectively implemented for our corporate clients and consumers. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Evaluating financial hardship requests
- Addressing customer disputes concerning their accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of collection communications
- Drafting customer correspondence
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to assist team members and adapt to changing assignments to achieve business goals.
- Dependable individuals with a keen attention to detail.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening. This position is currently offered as an in-office role, with no remote work options available. We are looking for qualified individuals who thrive in a dynamic team environment.
