The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales management role within the solar power industry. In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies is essential. The candidate should also have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
In this role, you will lead a team of solar sales consultants, develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential customers. You will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and support to sales team members, collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments.
