Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PC LAN/Configuration Deployment Technician to join our team at SunSoft Online. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, and implementing new technologies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to PC hardware and software.
• Collaborate with our team to implement new software and hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our knowledge base is up-to-date and accurate.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PC LAN/Configuration Deployment, with a focus on infrastructure support and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems and Office software.
• Experience with Google Suite and Ethernet network topology.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
