Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of 10-15 personnel, including management of timesheets, payroll processing, training initiatives, and recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate various projects within the department to ensure timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Evaluate team performance and maintain high standards of output quality.
- Provide coaching and support to staff as needed, fostering open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage departmental financial transactions, including invoice processing and supply procurement.
- Contribute to the development of policies, strategic planning, and effective personnel management.
- Ensure that departmental communication tools and systems are current and functional.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of one year of applicable experience.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications and foundational HR practices.
- Capability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the adaptability to perform in various roles.
Salary Range: $45,395 - $73,770
